Order Processor (Bilingual Required - Eng/Span) - MultiPro Property Solutions
About The Position
MultiPro Property Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Processor to join their team. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment and serving as a key point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, passionate about customer service, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. The position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish and involves managing order processing, client support, relationship management, service coordination, documentation, customer satisfaction follow-ups, and administrative support.
Requirements
- 2+ years of order processing, customer service, or call center experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Outstanding service skills, empathy, and ability to resolve issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to demonstrate a professional demeanor, adapt quickly, and work with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
- Must reside in Utah at the time of hire.
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality/concierge or executive assistant background is a plus.
- Additional coursework or degree preferred.
- Salesforce experience highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Accurately create and process service work orders in the system, ensuring client needs are addressed quickly and effectively.
- Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and text.
- Resolve client and resident issues or escalate as needed.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing timely updates, proactive communication, and professional support.
- Work closely with branch operations teams to support scheduling changes, order updates, and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate client records, update databases, and ensure all client interactions are documented thoroughly.
- Conduct follow-up calls and digital surveys to ensure service expectations are met and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with account setup, manage client property information, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
