About The Position

Ferrari-Maserati of Fort Lauderdale is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join their growing Business Development Call Center team. As a Business Development Representative, you will handle inbound and outbound client communications, build product value, and schedule appointments for the sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Previous luxury automotive BDC experience is a plus, but not required, as comprehensive training is provided for the right candidate. This role is ideal for individuals with a friendly, positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a motivation for success and unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly and professionally answer inbound calls while delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Schedule appointments and reservations with the sales team
  • Follow inbound sales call guides and strategic response word tracks
  • Accurately answer guest questions regarding vehicles, inventory, and promotions
  • Stay current on manufacturer incentives and dealership specials
  • Maintain professionalism and follow all Client Care Center policies and procedures
  • Handle outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients
