About The Position

This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office phone job where you will make 50 to 70 calls a day to sell IT and cybersecurity services to manufacturers and small businesses in Northwest Ohio. The primary goal is to identify potential clients, engage them in conversation, and book a 15-minute introductory call for the sales lead. This role is designed to teach the foundational skills of cold calling and sales, with the potential for significant career growth within the company. You will also be responsible for sending follow-up emails and maintaining the accuracy of the CRM. This position does not involve writing proposals, building quotes, or closing deals initially.

Requirements

No sales experience required; training will be provided.
Ability to compete with yourself and be motivated by past performance.
Comfortable calling strangers without extensive rehearsal.
Ability to accept coaching without taking it personally.
Organized enough to work a list and record outcomes.
Consistent attendance and reliability.
Experience in retail, food service, call centers, or sports is a plus.
Ability to make a 60-second voicemail introducing yourself and explaining why you'd be a good fit.
