About The Position

ShotVet is a rapidly growing company in the mobile preventative pet care industry, recognized on the Inc. 5000 list. We are dedicated to providing pet health solutions with high standards, reliability, and compassion. We are looking for self-motivated, sociable, and proficient communicators to join as an entry-level New Business Development Associate. This role is vital for expanding into new markets by securing new locations for our mobile vet clinics. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning business development within the veterinary industry.

Requirements

• High School Degree (Required)
• Proven working experience in business development, B2B sales, or a relevant area with a developed sales track record.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of Hubspot.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to submit to a background check.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective businesses to obtain a mutual agreement for holding pet clinics at their location.
• Research new marketing areas.
• Make outbound calls to secure locations for our mobile vet service.
• Gather and analyze marketing data and share this information.
• Spend time in the office utilizing the phone and internet.
• Maintain organization, self-motivation, and a pleasant demeanor over the phone.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to follow up.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
