Our bundled package options protect clients and their investments from dangerous conditions and unexpected repairs. HomeSmiles core services are: Gutter cleaning, Dryer Vent Cleaning, Window Washing, and Power Washing. Flexible work from home options available.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in a sales role.
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities
- Find and convert leads to clients by conducting community appointments with local businesses and homeowners.
- Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements
