About The Position

TechGuard Security, LLC is a nationally recognized cybersecurity firm dedicated to delivering advanced solutions that protect critical data and infrastructure. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter with the drive to generate new business opportunities as a Business Development Representative (BDR). This role is all about prospecting, cold calling, and creating qualified leads that fuel our sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in sales, business development, or outbound calling
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and handling objections
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Highly organized, persistent, and motivated by hitting goals
  • Interest in launching or growing a career in sales, especially in cybersecurity

Nice To Haves

  • Cybersecurity or IT experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Research and identify decision-makers at target companies
  • Conduct discovery conversations to qualify prospects and uncover security needs
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for our Direct Sales Representatives and Channel Managers
  • Track outreach activities and pipeline progress in the CRM
