About The Position

UKG is seeking a high-impact Business Development Representative to drive pipeline growth and fuel our sales engine. This is a mid-level role for professionals who bring proven outbound experience, strategic thinking, and relentless energy to the table. You’ll be on the front lines of our revenue strategy—identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects that align with our ideal customer profile. This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on challenge, owns their metrics, and consistently pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in sales development.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills—clear, persuasive, and tailored to executive-level audiences.
  • Strong command of CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales engagement platforms (Clari, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Exposure to structured sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Sandler, MEDDIC).
  • Background in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or consultative selling.
  • A track record of exceeding activity and conversion targets.
  • Resilience, grit, and a bias toward action.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to prioritize and pivot quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute outreach strategies to penetrate target accounts using calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct discovery conversations that uncover real business needs and position our solutions with clarity and confidence.
  • Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Maintain precision in CRM documentation and leverage data to refine your approach.
  • Work closely with marketing to convert campaign engagement into sales opportunities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive shifts, and product updates to bring value in every interaction.
