We are seeking a driven and bilingual Business Development Representative to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a high-impact B2C sales opportunity for professionals who know how to build trust quickly, handle objections confidently, and close business in emotionally sensitive, high-stakes environments. You will work directly with warm inbound leads who are actively searching for immigration solutions. Your role is to guide prospective clients through the decision-making process, educate them on available legal pathways, and confidently move conversations toward signed retainers. We are looking for professionals who thrive in competitive, metrics-driven environments and understand that strong closing is about more than pressure — it’s about communication, empathy, consistency, and urgency. Candidates with experience in legal intake, professional services, or high-ticket B2C sales environments are strongly encouraged to apply. Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and Spanish
  • 2+ years of demonstrated closing experience in B2C, consultative, or high-volume sales environments
  • Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Experience working toward KPIs, revenue targets, and conversion metrics
  • Ability to maintain control and direction of sales conversations
  • High School Diploma required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Client-first mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal intake, immigration services, or professional services sales preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Clio, Zoho, or similar platforms preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm inbound leads through phone, video, text, and email communication
  • Conduct high-volume consultations with prospective clients seeking immigration support
  • Build trust quickly while identifying client needs and legal goals
  • Use consultative B2C sales techniques to convert leads into retained clients
  • Handle objections confidently and guide clients toward making informed decisions
  • Explain retainers, payment plans, and onboarding processes with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication to maximize conversion opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets, conversion goals, and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline updates, and client documentation
  • Collaborate closely with Legal and Case Analyst teams to ensure smooth client transitions
  • Deliver empathetic, professional client experiences during sensitive situations
