About The Position

We’re hiring an outbound sales representative to build our commercial book of business across 35 zip codes in Westchester County, NY and Fairfield County, CT. The role involves finding commercial properties that need exterior cleaning, engaging with decision-makers, and closing deals through various outbound methods such as cold calling, cold emailing, door knocking, and property management office visits. Targets include a wide range of commercial properties like property management companies, HOAs, retail centers, office parks, medical offices, restaurants, hotels, apartment complexes, and municipal facilities. A full operations team handles crews, scheduling, and delivery, allowing the sales representative to focus on sales.

Requirements

  • Relentless drive and persistence in sales activities.
  • Self-motivated to make calls and follow up without direct supervision.
  • Resilience to handle rejection and continue pursuing leads.
  • Local to the Westchester/Stamford area or willing to be in the field daily.
  • Drive and determination are valued over specific sales or industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Find commercial properties that need exterior cleaning.
  • Get in front of the decision-maker.
  • Close the deal.
  • Conduct outbound sales activities including cold calling, cold emailing, door knocking, and property management office visits.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
  • Manage a sales pipeline within assigned territories.
