About The Position

At Arya Health, we’re building the entire non-clinical operational stack for post-acute care — intelligent automation across recruiting, compliance, intake, scheduling, retention, and more. We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help fuel Arya’s growth by generating high-quality pipeline and engaging prospective customers across the post-acute healthcare ecosystem. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Head of Growth and Account Executives to refine and scale our sales development playbook in a high-velocity, AI-native environment. Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (SaaS preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time-management abilities
  • Curious, resilient, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Comfortable engaging with healthcare operators and executive stakeholders
  • Interested in AI, automation, and how technology can transform operational workflows
  • Eager to grow into an Account Executive role

Responsibilities

  • Drive Pipeline Generation
  • Source and engage high-potential prospects within the post-acute care ecosystem
  • Identify and qualify franchise operators, independent providers, and healthcare leaders
  • Generate curiosity by clearly articulating Arya’s value proposition
  • Execute Multi-Channel Outreach
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, phone, LinkedIn, and in-person industry events
  • Personalize messaging to resonate with frontline operators and executive stakeholders
  • Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives
  • Act as a Consultative Partner
  • Engage prospects thoughtfully, fielding questions and addressing objections
  • Build trust with potential customers by understanding operational challenges
  • Ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives once opportunities are qualified
  • Scale What Works
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Continuously refine outreach strategies and messaging
  • Become an expert in Arya’s product, competitive positioning, and industry trends
  • Represent Arya at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
