The Role: As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Digacore, you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective healthcare organizations throughout the Tri-State area and beyond. This is an outbound prospecting role focused on opening doors and creating qualified meetings for the sales team. You'll connect with healthcare decision-makers, uncover business challenges, and introduce Digacore's managed IT, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions. This isn't a call-all-day role. You'll research accounts, identify meaningful business triggers, personalize outreach, and build relationships with decision-makers. You'll have mentorship, access to leadership, and the opportunity to develop the skills needed to advance into an Account Executive or Business Development Manager role.
