We seek a Business Development Representative who, under the supervision from the Director, Business Development, will promote strategic growth for the company by identifying leads, closing sales transactions, implementing new accounts, and managing partnerships longitudinally. This is a field based position with up to 75%25 travel.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales and/or behavioral health/long-term care experience
  • Must be able to travel up to 75%25
  • Live in or be willing to relocate to MO

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 1+ year of pharmacy experience
  • Understanding of computer and related products; knowledge of PC skills including use of standard MS Office applications
  • Proven solid customer service skills
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain longitudinal relationships
  • Proven solid organizational skills
  • Proven solid presentation skills

Responsibilities

  • Creates and maintains successful relations with existing customers and potential customers by interacting professionally and proactively
  • Promotes strategic growth for the company by identifying leads and closing transactions, with a concentration on mental health facilities, recovery centers, hospitals, psychiatry practices, and behavioral health clinics
  • Attends state and national conferences in an effort to maintain relationships with current customers, identify leads, and interact with potential customers
  • Acts as a liaison between our company and the customer base through contracting and implementation process
