Business Development Representative (Part Time)

This role is about building relationships, being present in the community, and helping others find support when they need it most. It is also a role that can grow over time, including the opportunity to be involved in client consultations and deeper client relationships.
Requirements
- You enjoy meeting people and building real relationships
- You care about helping others and want your work to have meaning
- You are self motivated and comfortable managing your own schedule
- You are organized, dependable, and communicate well
- You have reliable transportation and enjoy being out in the community
Nice To Haves
- Experience in senior services, real estate, healthcare, or community outreach is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with professionals who serve seniors and their families, including assisted living communities, memory care teams, real estate professionals, and attorneys
- Become a trusted resource in the community by sharing how we support families during transitions
- Represent Caring Transitions at local events, networking groups, and community gatherings
- Stay connected with your network through thoughtful follow up and consistent outreach
- Help create opportunities for families to get the support they need at the right time
