About Phoebe Phoebe is modernizing America's home healthcare infrastructure. This is the coordination layer for one of the largest labor markets in the country. Today, we build AI teammates for home care and home health agencies - starting with scheduling workflows that are mission-critical, high-volume, and deeply broken. We are looking for a high-agency operator to help us find, qualify, and open the next wave of agencies that should be running on Phoebe. About the Role You will own the top of Phoebe's pipeline. Every conversation Sales has with an agency starts with work you did. You will research the home care and home health market, build target lists, run outbound across email, phone, and LinkedIn, and book qualified meetings with agency owners and operators. This is a sales role at an early-stage company. You will not be handed a playbook and a list. You will help build both. The goal is simple: put high-quality conversations on the calendar, learn faster than the market, and turn what you learn into a repeatable outbound engine.
