Riveredge Hospital, a 210-bed psychiatric hospital, is dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services and trauma-informed care to children, adolescents, and adults. It offers a continuum of care including inpatient, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and community residential programs. Riveredge Hospital is a Joint Commission approved, Top Performer, and state-licensed facility focused on short-term crisis stabilization. The hospital emphasizes teamwork, a compassionate environment, and specialty programs. The Business Development Representative serves as the primary liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. This role is responsible for generating demand for the facility's services through ethical marketing and sales strategies. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and the team, the representative will present a positive public image, implement the strategic sales plan, enhance the facility's brand, manage their territory and accounts, and work towards achieving business development goals. The role requires tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment. Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours.
