About the Role We’re expanding our mid-market sales team and looking for a Business Development Representative who can open doors with real estate brokerages and high-performing large teams. This is a front-line role that feeds the entire mid-market sales organization. The quality of your work directly affects how fast we grow. This isn’t a script-reading job. You’ll be reaching out to owners, team leaders, and senior decision-makers at real estate firms. You’ll learn how they operate, how they grow, and what they need, then bring the right opportunities to our Mid-Market Account Executives. Our Mid-Market team is newer, operating like a startup within Luxury Presence.
