As an Inside Sales Representative, you will serve as a key driver of new business development for a rapidly growing, category-leading wellness brand. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging convenience stores, smoke shops, and specialty retail accounts across the United States to expand VivaZen’s retail footprint. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with strong communication skills, a competitive mindset, and a proven ability to build relationships and close business over the phone. You will be responsible for prospecting kratom-aware retailers, presenting the VivaZen product line, and securing initial orders through the company’s B2B Shopify platform. This position offers the opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio of accounts while directly contributing to company growth. High-performing representatives may advance into an Order Desk role focused on account management, customer retention, and revenue expansion within existing accounts.
