Primarily responsible for lead generation activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals. This role involves answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, logging customer information, confirming appointments, and following up with customers and departments. The representative will also maintain the customer database, contact current customers about marketing incentives, respond to internet inquiries, and forward customer concerns to the appropriate managers.
