Part-time Business Development Representative
About The Position
Caring Transitions of Hoschton and Hartwell GA is looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand our local network. This role is ideal for a people-person who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors and has experience building relationships within the senior community. Retirees and stay-at-home candidates are encouraged to apply. While this is not a "work from home" position, the Business Development Representative could be working from home as much as 50% of the time some weeks, once trained. Requirements
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
- Organized, results-driven, and familiar with CRM tools.
- Reliable transportation with valid and clear driver’s license required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in the senior services community (assisted living, memory care, etc.) preferred, but we’re open to motivated candidates willing to learn.
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with local assisted living, memory care facilities, real estate professionals, family-law attorneys, and other senior services providers.
- Promote our services and grow a referral network to support seniors during their transitions.
- Represent Caring Transitions at local networking events and community organization meetings to increase brand awareness.
