About The Position

This is an entry-level Business Development Representative role with paid training, performance bonuses, and clear opportunities for growth. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion throughout the Western, Southern, and Midwestern United States, working directly with companies that have staffing and hiring challenges. If you enjoy talking to people, building professional communication skills, and learning how sales works, this role offers hands-on experience in business development, inside sales, and client engagement.

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic and desire to meet performance goals
  • Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus (customer service, retail, hospitality, call center, sales)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with professionals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn new systems and sales tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Coachable, motivated, and willing to learn

Responsibilities

  • Make 100 outbound phone calls per day to prospective business clients
  • Set appointments with hiring managers and decision-makers
  • Schedule appointments using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
  • Use a CRM system to manage leads and track activity
  • Research local markets and launch email and phone outreach campaigns
