About The Position

WellTech Partners is partnering with a specialized boutique healthcare practice in Houston, TX to hire a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping patients take the next step toward care and recovery. This is not a traditional front desk or receptionist role. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading sales conversations, discussing pricing, overcoming objections, and confidently guiding prospective patients toward scheduling evaluations and beginning treatment. As the Inside Sales Representative / Appointment Setter, you will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients. You will manage inbound inquiries, educate patients on available services, build trust quickly, and convert leads into scheduled appointments. The right candidate is persuasive, organized, professional, and comfortable asking for commitment during the first interaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience
  • Strong phone communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and requesting deposits
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Ability to commute to Houston
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in closing conversations

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare, medical, or wellness sales experience
  • Experience working in concierge or cash-based service environments
  • Familiarity with CRM or scheduling systems
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Associate degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Build rapport and trust with prospective patients
  • Explain services, treatment outcomes, pricing, and next steps clearly and confidently
  • Address objections and patient concerns in real time
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled evaluations
  • Collect deposits and secure patient commitments when appropriate
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads and pending decisions
  • Maintain accurate lead tracking and appointment documentation
  • Manage multiple patient conversations and follow-up pipelines efficiently
  • Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure a smooth patient onboarding experience
