About The Position

This role involves contacting businesses to schedule appointments for the outside sales team. The Inside Sales Rep/Appointment Setter will utilize the client database for tracking calls, making follow-ups, and generating interest in services through marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include sending emails, meeting call and appointment goals, accepting inbound calls, following up with missed appointments, qualifying leads, and maintaining accurate customer contact information in the CRM. The position requires delivering exceptional customer communication to build strong relationships from the start.

Requirements

  • Experience in making cold and warm calls.
  • Experience with using a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
  • Professional attitude and reliable team member.
  • Customer Service.
  • Prioritize call schedules based on need.
  • Follow directives with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
