We’re looking for an innovative, driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will qualify inbound inquiries, drive event attendance, generate outbound leads, and build relationships with prospects to present solutions that address their pain points. Your efforts will directly contribute to sales growth and business expansion. You’ll thrive if you are curious, eager to learn (coachable), add business value, and build strong relationships with prospects and customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing remote team.

Requirements

  • Proven success in lead generation or sales, exceeding your quota and measurably growing your business
  • Applied multiple sales techniques and approaches, including cold calls, email campaigns, and networking opportunities, to gain contacts in the market
  • Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel to track customer data and sales campaign progress
  • Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and pivot your approach based on results
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience overcoming objections
  • Ability to gain trust and influence decision-makers
  • Extremely comfortable reaching out by phone
  • Appreciation for diverse experiences and approaches
  • Experience finding hidden and not-so-hidden prospects, pursuing leads, and making connections
  • Motivated to succeed
  • Open to feedback, change, and learning from those around you
