Requirements

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • A passion to work with clients and think outside the box to resolve issues; with the mindset that the client is always Number 1
  • Ability to handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
  • Ability to learn industry specific software programs as well as standard Office programs.
  • Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual attendance.
