Requirements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- A passion to work with clients and think outside the box to resolve issues; with the mindset that the client is always Number 1
- Ability to handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
- Ability to learn industry specific software programs as well as standard Office programs.
- Positive attitude and outstanding communication skills.
- Dependable, punctual attendance.
