The role involves daily prospecting through calls, email, and LinkedIn to generate new opportunities, identifying and engaging decision-makers, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings/demos. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining a CRM pipeline, collaborating with Account Executives and Account Managers, supporting active deals, gaining exposure to order flow and production timelines, and meeting weekly activity targets and pipeline goals. Over 3-12 months, the role will evolve to include running discovery, presenting solutions independently, owning deals from first touch to close, managing a full pipeline and revenue target, developing full-cycle sales capability, and participating in on-site client interactions. There is a clear path to transition into a full Account Executive role based on performance.
