About The Position

We’re partnering with a fast-growing 3PL organization that’s redefining how logistics solutions are delivered. They are seeking a Business Development / Sales professional to drive customer acquisition and expand market presence. This is a true hunter role, focused on generating new business and directly impacting revenue and profitability across key markets. The ideal candidate is ambitious, entrepreneurial, and knows how to win someone who can open doors, build relationships, and close deals that drive long-term growth.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • 1–3 years of proven sales success (flexibility depending on remote/hybrid setup)
  • Team-oriented with a competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and customer-focused

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the logistics industry and transportation modes (preferred)
  • Exposure to manufacturing or shipped goods is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute proven sales strategies to engage, convert, and win new customers
  • Drive revenue growth by building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Prospect through cold calling (phone and in-person), networking, referrals, and social media
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up and problem resolution
  • Meet or exceed targets for calls, proposals, and closed business
  • Track and report sales activity on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
