About The Position

At Concraft, we specialize in restoring properties and rebuilding lives. We provide high-quality disaster restoration services for commercial and residential properties impacted by water, fire, and other losses. Our success is driven by a strong team of Project Managers, technicians, and support staff who execute at a high level, and we’re looking to add a Sales and Business Development Representative who will help drive that continued growth. Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in commercial and restoration business development is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and position Concraft’s value
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Professionally present and confidently ask for the business
  • Track activity and opportunities through daily CRM updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
