Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated success generating pipeline through outbound prospecting and cold calling.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects confidently over the phone.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows.
  • Comfortable attending industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities as part of pipeline generation efforts.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, identity, cybersecurity, or related technology industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and other prospecting channels.
  • Consistently execute high-volume outbound calling activities and confidently engage prospective customers in live conversations.
  • Identify high-potential target accounts and develop thoughtful outreach strategies tailored to key stakeholders.
  • Conduct initial conversations to understand business challenges, assess fit, and qualify opportunities for the sales team.
  • Create and nurture opportunities that contribute directly to sales pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve prospecting efficiency, research, personalization, and productivity.
  • Represent Incode at industry events, conferences, dinners, and networking opportunities to identify and develop new business relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions, activities, and pipeline progression.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to execute account strategies and maximize opportunity creation.
