About The Position

This is a field-based, relationship-building role with a product that’s genuinely easy to believe in. You’ll drive a planned route in Central New Jersey (Counties: Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer) introducing our repair service and building relationships with the property managers and facility managers who keep calling back once they’ve seen what we can do. No sales background required — you’ll be given a proven script and real coaching from day one. Perks and Benefits Competitive Pay — $50,000–$75,000 OTE (base salary + commission + bonuses). A Day in the Life Start your morning at home: plan your route, review your target accounts, prep follow-up notes from the day before. Drive your planned route — typically 12–15 stops in Central New Jersey (Counties: Middlesex, Monmouth, Mercer) Walk into apartment communities, maintenance offices, and commercial properties to introduce yourself and build relationships with the people who make repair decisions. Deliver a proven introduction and ask questions to better understand the needs and motivations of our customers. Follow up with contacts who weren’t available, keep your pipeline moving, and watch early conversations become recurring accounts. Log every visit, note, and follow-up in our software before your day ends. Attend a weekly team meeting (breakfast included) to review numbers, share wins, and get coaching. What We’re Looking For You haven’t held a sales title before — but you’ve worked in a role where showing up consistently, communicating clearly, and genuinely taking care of people was the job. That foundation transfers well here, and we’ll give you the tools and coaching to build on it. People-oriented and persistent — You’re comfortable introducing yourself to new people and building rapport quickly. You follow up because you said you would. Eager to learn — You’ll be given a proven script and a clear playbook. Your job is to absorb it, deliver it well, and keep improving with coaching. Reliable and routine-driven — This role runs on daily habits — routing, logging visits, sending follow-ups. The people who succeed here execute the process every single day. Detail-oriented by habit — You log your visits, track your contacts, and treat follow-up like part of the job — not an afterthought. Self-directed — You manage your own schedule and route. Accountability lives in your daily logs and your results. Backgrounds That Tend to Transfer Well Retail or customer service — you know how to read a room and handle objections gracefully. Hospitality — you’re used to making people feel at ease and building rapport quickly Property management or real estate — you already speak the language of the people we call on. Any people-facing role where showing up consistently and communicating clearly was the job.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Must be based in or near Central New Jersey — daily travel throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Mercer counties.
  • Comfortable learning new software — CRM and routing tools provided and trained.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • No sales background required.
  • Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, property management, or real estate.
