Requirements

  • Completed Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience required
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role
  • Expertise in client relationship building and new business development - Basic
  • Ability to cold call and create new business opportunities - Basic
  • Ability to identify, create, develop, and manage high-impact sales opportunities and lead a team to achieve and exceed sales targets - Basic
  • The capability to identify potential clients, effectively negotiate terms, and successfully finalize business transactions. - Basic
  • The understanding of key business principles and practices to make informed and effective decisions that contribute to organizational success. - Basic
  • The ability to efficiently manage tasks and projects by prioritizing responsibilities and effectively utilizing time to achieve objectives. - Basic

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in SHI AX, CRM, and Microsoft Office tools preferred
  • Experience in the IT industry

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospective customers through outbound calls and email campaigns to generate new business opportunities.
  • Qualify inbound leads and marketing-generated inquiries to identify and prioritize sales opportunities.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on campaign strategy, messaging, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Support the execution of targeted outreach campaigns to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness.
  • Maintain and manage lead activity, pipeline data, and engagement metrics within CRM and sales platforms.
  • Develop an understanding of customer needs, business challenges, and key buying drivers.
  • Position and promote SHI’s products, solutions, and services to prospective customers.
  • Build early-stage relationships with potential clients to nurture interest and drive engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and SHI’s evolving portfolio.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide a positive customer experience across initial touchpoints.
