About The Position

The Marketing & Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the firm’s residential management portfolio throughout New York City. This includes researching and identifying potential clients through various channels, such as industry networking events, referrals, real estate and board member relationships, market research, public records, property databases, management transition activity, and identifying buildings experiencing operational, financial, or service-related challenges. The position may require consistent outreach efforts, including cold calling, emailing, attending industry functions, introducing the firm to Board Members and owners, and coordinating introductory meetings and presentations with prospective clients. Responsibilities will also include tracking leads and business development activity, maintaining ongoing communication with prospective clients, assisting with proposals and marketing materials, and working closely with senior leadership to help convert opportunities into long-term management relationships.
