About The Position

Holmes US is looking for a motivated Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to grow their career. This role involves creating and maintaining content for proposals, collateral, presentations, and digital platforms, crafting compelling narratives that uphold brand guidelines, coordinating project photography, supporting business development activities through research and meeting preparation, and managing administrative functions. The position requires collaboration with team members across the West Coast.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for design
  • Solid skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
  • Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat
  • A collaborative spirit - you work well with people at all levels of an organization

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in an AEC firm is a big plus but not required
  • Photography or videography skills and social media experience

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain content for proposals, collateral, presentations, and Holmes’ digital platforms
  • Craft compelling narratives that uphold our brand guidelines and convey the value of Holmes' projects and people
  • Coordinate project photography and help maintain visual asset library
  • Support business development activities through research, meeting preparation, and information management—in addition to building your own industry network!
  • Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative functions that keep the team humming
  • Work collaboratively with team members along the West Coast
