Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
About The Position
TAG Auto Group is seeking a motivated, organized, and creative Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to enrich the company’s marketing initiatives and business development efforts. This position will help coordinate marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, support customer and business relationships, and identify opportunities that contribute to the continued growth of TAG Auto Group. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and relationship builder who is comfortable managing multiple projects, coordinating marketing activities, creating content, and supporting business development efforts.
Requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with customers and business partners.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Creative, proactive, and willing to take initiative.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and Microsoft Office/SharePoint Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and be self-managed while also being a strong team player.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional travel between locations and events
Nice To Haves
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales, communications, customer service, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with planning and coordinating marketing campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives.
- Help manage TAG Auto Group’s social media presence and coordinate engaging content across platforms.
- Assist with creating marketing materials, digital content, flyers, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Help ensure consistent TAG Auto Group branding and messaging across locations and marketing channels.
- Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, media outlets, print companies, and other partners.
- Track marketing activities, engagement, and campaign results and provide updates to leadership.
- Help showcase TAG Auto Group’s employees, locations, services, company culture, and accomplishments.
- Assist with identifying and developing new business and referral opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with insurance partners, dealerships, fleet companies, rental agencies, local businesses, and other strategic partners.
- Support outreach efforts through phone calls, emails, networking, visits, and follow-up activities.
- Help coordinate meetings, presentations, and business development opportunities.
- Maintain organized records of business contacts, prospects, partnerships, and follow-up activities.
- Assist leadership and location managers with initiatives designed to increase customer referrals and business opportunities.
- Research local businesses, industry trends, competitors, and potential partnership opportunities.
- Maintain marketing calendars, contact lists, promotional schedules, and business development records.
- Coordinate projects and deadlines with internal departments and TAG Auto Group locations.
- Provide regular updates to leadership regarding ongoing marketing and business development activities.
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to support company goals and initiatives.
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the growth of TAG Auto Group.
