We’re hiring a Senior BDR to own the top of our sales funnel at iLawyerMarketing. You will be the engine behind pipeline generation, working directly with our Account Executive team to book qualified meetings and create opportunities that move. This is an outbound-first role. You will prospect into law firms, identify decision-makers, and start conversations that lead to real pipelines. You will support our existing AEs while also helping build the foundation for a growing sales team. For the right person, this is a launching pad. We are building something here, and the path to a full-cycle Account Executive role is real for someone who performs. The role is remote-first, with travel (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings. The pipeline is heavily outbound focused on law firms across the U.S. You will use tools such as CRM, outreach/sequencing tools, and proprietary client reporting. You will work directly with our Account Executive team to ensure qualified handoffs and a consistent prospect experience. We are a high-performance team that holds a high bar, supports each other, and leaves the politics at the door.
