About The Position

We’re hiring a Senior Account Executive to own new business at iLawyerMarketing. You’ll work a blend of inbound pipeline and direct outreach, carrying deals from first conversation to close. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a script handed to them. It’s for someone who can sit across from a law firm partner, speak credibly about digital strategy, and make the case for why iLawyer is the right growth partner. You know how attorneys think. You’ve earned their trust before. iLawyer has both the brand reputation and the product. You bring the instincts and the drive to close. Environment: Remote-first, with travel (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and team gatherings Pipeline: Inbound leads plus direct outbound; you'll own both Team: You’ll work closely with account managers and internal delivery teams to ensure clients are set up to succeed from day one. Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales or business development experience, ideally in legal tech, legal services, or digital marketing/SaaS
  • Proven track record selling to attorneys or law firm leadership
  • JD or legal background strongly preferred, but not required
  • Working fluency in SEO, paid media, and digital marketing
  • Strong consultative selling and active listening skills
  • CRM proficiency and comfort with sales technology
  • Able to get up to speed quickly and work effectively without heavy structure

Nice To Haves

  • You've sold to attorneys or inside law firms, so you know how to get their attention and keep it
  • You can confidently run a discovery call with a skeptical partner in the morning and present your pipeline numbers to leadership in the afternoon
  • You don't need inbound to survive, but you know how to work it when it's there
  • You own your number. Wins and losses both
  • JD or legal background strongly preferred
  • You can simplify complex digital marketing concepts without losing the room
  • You're a quick study, and you take initiative. You don't wait for someone to tell you what to do next

Responsibilities

  • Manage and convert inbound leads while proactively prospecting and pursuing new business
  • Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close using a consultative, client-first approach
  • Present SEO, AEO, paid search, social, and web solutions to attorneys and marketing professionals, connecting services directly to case volume and growth goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records across deal stages, activities, and communications
  • Own your number with full accountability from pipeline to performance reporting
  • Partner with account management for seamless client onboarding
  • Stay current on legal industry trends, competitor activity, and digital marketing developments
  • Other duties as assigned by management
