The Senior Business Development Representative will generate new sales opportunities from outbound channels like cold calling, email, Linkedin, and marketing initiatives using strong communication skills. This role is responsible for identifying the needs and challenges of prospective customers, ensuring leads are picked up and addressed efficiently within the stipulated SLAs and converted to qualified opportunities by scheduling follow-up meetings for product demonstrations with the appropriate salesperson in region. The ideal candidate will understand in detail a potential customer’s needs and requirements and accurately guide them on products that can service their workflow gaps. They will be committed to the organization's outstanding standards of customer service, encouraging improvement where necessary. This role requires someone extremely comfortable with cold calling and possesses a curious mindset to help uncover pain indicators with prospective clients in the market.
