As a Business Development Representative (BDR II) within the Unified Communications and Collaboration (UCC) Portfolio, you will play a critical role in accelerating partner growth and vendor success through relationship-building, enablement, and pipeline execution. We are looking for a motivated, results-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Representative supporting the UCC Business unit, and particularly the brands of Zoom and Neat. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who wants to expand their expertise in technology sales, become a trusted subject matter expert (SME) for their assigned vendors, enjoys outbound engagement, consultative conversations, and partner development. As a Business Development Representative II, you will be responsible for recruiting new customers and maintaining existing customer relationships, working closely with internal sales teams, vendors, and partners to drive initiatives that generate revenue, deepen relationships, and expand partner capabilities across the portfolio. This role may also require some travel and time in the field, engaging with customers and vendors, as well as developing expertise in quoting and billing processes.
