About The Position

We provide a wide range of IT-related services, including website development, online marketing, system development, as well as network setup and maintenance. This role is a great opportunity for someone interested in marketing and IT solutions! This position is hybrid, consisting of on-site and remote work. The employee may be required to attend off-site client meetings or business appointments and may travel directly from home when necessary. This position is full-time, with an expectation of 40 working hours per week.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship (OPT not accepted)
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese
  • Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Valid US driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, telemarketing activities, and client visits
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through ongoing communication and proactive support
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate IT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and operational solutions
  • Manage sales opportunities and customer accounts throughout the sales cycle
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, carriers, and service providers to support solution delivery and project progression
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between customers and internal teams during project planning, implementation, and post-deployment support
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, statements of work, sales orders, and related sales documentation
  • Track and maintain updates on sales opportunities, projects, schedules, and ongoing activities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Support onsite IT and network-related activities, including deployment coordination and basic troubleshooting
  • Contribute to regional business growth initiatives and long-term customer development strategies
  • Participate in internal meetings, client meetings, and company-wide meetings as required
  • Support overall sales operations and perform other duties as assigned
  • Business travel may be required for operational needs
