Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience, ideally in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communicator, both written and verbal, and can tailor your message to resonate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Think strategically, solve problems creatively, and approach every challenge with a solutions-first mindset
  • Confident prospecting, cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline with precision
  • Collaborate well with others and contribute positively to team culture
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and data to inform your approach and track performance
  • Have a reliable form of transportation and are open to daily travel within your territory (mileage reimbursed)
  • Located in the market

Nice To Haves

  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
  • Experience in hospitality or corporate housing is a plus, but passion, drive, and curiosity are what truly set you apart

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing business clients.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and deliver tailored housing solutions that drive measurable impact.
  • Generate revenue by prospecting and converting new business opportunities within your market.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align efforts with regional sales strategies and company goals.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by presenting National’s full range of housing services across multiple business segments.
  • Represent National Corporate Housing at industry events, networking functions, and with local property partners to strengthen brand presence and develop referral opportunities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients within your assigned territory.
  • Use data and CRM tools to track activities, forecast growth, and prioritize outreach effectively.
  • Work closely with internal teams including Operations, Marketing, and Property Partnerships to ensure a seamless client experience and support long-term success.
