The Business Development Operations Coordinator supports Learning Care’s Business Development team by owning the systems, data, and vendor infrastructure that keep the B2B pipeline running. This role serves as the team’s day-to-day administrator for the BD tool stack — including Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Power BI, Kalibrate, and related platforms — maintaining data integrity, managing lead flow, and producing the reporting that informs executive decision-making. In addition to systems ownership, the Coordinator manages the contracts and renewals for the team’s external vendor stack and provides research, reporting, and meeting-prep support to Business Development Managers as they pursue onsite, funded child care, back-up care, and dedicated space opportunities. This role operates with a bias toward action, strong attention to detail, and a high standard for follow-through.
