About The Position

Koenig Subaru, located in Port Angeles, WA, is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented BDC Representative to lead their Internet/Business Development Team. As a locally respected dealer dedicated to exceptional customer experiences, this role focuses on managing the lead-to-appointment process to maximize showroom traffic, rather than direct car sales. The BDC Representative will oversee incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries, develop and refine scripts for optimal conversion, utilize CRM systems like VinSolutions for tracking and data management, and review recorded calls for agent feedback and improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a BDC Manager or Assistant Manager in an automotive dealership.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a passion for mentoring.
  • Exceptional phone, email, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and internet lead management.
  • A track record of achieving high conversion rates and setting appointments.
  • Ability to work in Port Angeles, WA.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee incoming internet leads, phone calls, and text inquiries, ensuring fast, professional, and accurate responses.
  • Create and refine phone, email, and text scripts to maximize lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
  • Master CRM systems (e.g., VinSolutions) to track performance, manage lead follow-up, and ensure accurate data mining.
  • Review recorded calls to provide constructive feedback to agents on tone, product knowledge, and appointment booking techniques.
