Manages a book of business and pipeline of leads that will generate a consistent stream of member growth opportunities.
Cultivates relationships with existing partners within the School Districts and local organizations and identifies opportunities to partner with new schools and local organizations.
Represents MFCU and presents on behalf of MFCU within the community and at various events.
Partners with the branch network team and branches to identify new membership growth opportunities and to develop existing memberships.
Develops and executes a business plan to ensure future membership growth and community outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with a proven track record.
• 3+ years of business development and/or relationship management experience required.
• Ability to attend community events before and after standard business hours, including nights and weekends.
