As a Business Development/Marketing Student for Civil West in Long Beach, California, you’ll have the opportunity to create compelling marketing materials, support proposal development, and contribute to initiatives that elevate our brand and drive business growth.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graphic design or digital media program in a post-secondary institution.
- Proficient understanding and a solid working skill set in the Adobe Creative Suite. (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to create visually compelling materials, including PowerPoints.
- Skillfully creative with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and a time management guru.
- Possesses excellent oral and written communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Figma is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to our company-wide visual strategy for internal and external visual communication activities, products and initiatives including digital brochures, social media content, visual design requests and photography post-processing.
- Develops visually compelling materials, guided by our corporate brand guidelines, for marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and our intranet or website.
- Manages tasks and priorities as part of a creative team working within project schedules, existing processes and deadlines.
- Supports presentations through the creation or formatting of engaging PowerPoints.
- Develops strong customer-focused relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Works collaboratively with a talented team of creative professionals in both design, UX/UI and cinematography.
