This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients within or serving the PK-12 Education market sectors, specifically within the DFW area. The Business Development Manager will engage PK-12 clients for which Braun Intertec has been selected as qualified to perform engineering and testing services, strengthen existing relationships, and identify new opportunities. The position requires cultivating strong, long-term relationships with PK-12 clients and their A/E/C consultants to drive business growth, and working closely with local teams to align business development efforts with market needs. The role also includes coaching, modeling, and driving business development in the Dallas, Texas based business units of Braun Intertec, and providing coaching and guidance to the Service Delivery team for the purpose of transitioning client relationships to them in a “seller-doer” capacity. The Business Development Manager will lead by example, demonstrating effective business development strategies and techniques, and drive overall business development initiatives to achieve growth targets. Additionally, the role involves researching and sharing market and competition trends, attending industry conferences, and engaging with industry organizations to enhance Braun Intertec’s presence and influence.
