This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing. The role is designed for an experienced sales professional who is tired of constantly shifting targets and excessive administrative work. iNX is a family-owned commercial cleaning franchisor with a strong presence in the Los Angeles market for nearly 25 years and is experiencing rapid growth. This position offers a unique opportunity to build and own a territory with significant potential, as there hasn't been a dedicated Business Development Manager in the LA market for eight years. A key differentiator of this role is the support from an inside sales team that handles scoping, pricing, and proposals after a qualified prospect is identified, allowing the Business Development Manager to focus on relationship building, attending events, and finding new opportunities. The compensation structure is a straight salary with permanent increases for meeting and exceeding KPIs, rather than a commission-based model with moving targets.
