About The Position

The Commercial Business Sales Solutions (CBS) Sales Executive is responsible for new business development in a highly productive, sales-driven environment. This role involves managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. The CBS Sales Executive will focus on building and growing a client base month over month, while also passing on leads for Janitorial Services to the appropriate Sales Executive.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • 2-3 years prior experience working in a B2B sales environment with a track record of success.
  • "Hunter" sales acumen; goal-driven and self-motivated.
  • Strong written and oral communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated analytical, negotiating, problem-solving skills and highly detail-oriented (ability to follow-up).
  • Problem-Solving skills – ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related issues.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems, or SFDC.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior sales training certificate, e.g., Sandler President Club, Dale Carnegie, etc., preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential clients, leads, and referrals to generate new sales monthly.
  • Develop and grow a base of clients for recurring sales.
  • Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and delivering initial presentations.
  • Close sales by building rapport with potential accounts, explaining service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.
  • Conduct a minimum of 20 hours in field prospecting and 200 marketing calls each week.
  • Utilize and manage the customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner that fosters good relationships with clients, contractors, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Present 20+ proposals monthly.
  • Sell 10+ new clients monthly.
  • Pass 1+ Janitorial Services leads per month.
  • Reach an annual sales goal of $720,000 in Revenue.
