Perimeter Solutions Group (PSG) is seeking a relationship-driven Business Development Manager to grow our commercial fencing, gate automation, access control, and perimeter security business throughout the Greater Phoenix market. PSG combines the strengths of Biddle & Brown Fence Company, Diamond Iron, and Tusco to deliver integrated perimeter solutions for commercial, municipal, industrial, and high-security clients. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strategic relationships, and drive revenue growth across commercial construction, municipal, industrial, HOA, and critical infrastructure markets. This is a field-based sales role focused on developing new business, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with operations and estimating teams to deliver exceptional results.
