About The Position

KnowledgeBrief is seeking a Business Development Manager for its Enterprise Team. This role involves partnering with organizations across industries to elevate leadership through emotionally intelligent, evidence-based learning, with a focus on apprenticeships. The goal is to upskill leaders, inspire the next generation, and help businesses embed inclusive, values-driven cultures at scale. The position is full-time, remote/hybrid, with travel to London required approximately 6 times per year. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a close-knit group of six experienced Business Development Managers within the Enterprise team.
  • Proactively uncover new opportunities with enterprise, levy-paying clients through confident, data-driven market research.
  • Leverage a range of outreach strategies including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and marketing initiatives to connect with potential clients and drive meaningful engagement.
  • Strategically prepare, research, and build outreach campaigns targeting key stakeholders such as HR Directors, L&D Directors, Chief People Officers, and other senior decision makers, given the longer and more complex sales cycles typical in enterprise accounts.
  • Build strong, long-standing relationships with multiple stakeholders across large organizations.

Benefits

  • Salary: £30,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
