This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in the US operating through our ICS business. Under general direction of senior commercial leadership, this role supports revenue growth and commercial execution within the pharmaceutical 3PL business. The position is designed to drive visible commercial traction by improving discipline, rigor, and consistency across the sales cycle while operating collaboratively within existing teams. The goal of this role is to drive visible commercial traction swiftly by strengthening sales-cycle discipline and execution quality. The role enhances performance through improved deal qualification, pipeline management, and pursuit governance. Establishing credibility without disrupting team dynamics is essential. The role elevates executive conversations with pharmaceutical manufacturers, supports stronger internal accountability, and reinforces commercial best practices through influence and collaboration. This is a build-focused role. While the position carries meaningful revenue responsibility and executive exposure, it is intended for a hands-on commercial leader operating in a fast-paced, evolving pharmaceutical 3PL environment.
