About The Position
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a global fintech company that provides traders worldwide with access to a wide range of financial instruments, innovative trading tools, and professional support in a secure, regulated environment. They are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager for the EU region. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role suited to a commercially minded individual with a strong industry network and a proven ability to acquire and grow strategic partnerships.
Requirements
- Fluent/ native in English (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
- Proven experience in business development within Forex, CFD, iGaming, or FinTech
- Strong existing network within European financial or trading markets
- Experience managing IBs, affiliates, or partner distribution channels
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and drive regional growth initiatives
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Solid understanding of trading products, platforms, and financial markets.

Responsibilities
- Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and activation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growth
- Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity across the EU region
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including retention, dealing, and marketing
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.
